Who Can Report?

Face-to-Face Request: A meeting may be arranged upon request. Please do not include sensitive details in your initial message.
Anonymous reports are accepted if they include sufficient detail to allow follow-up.
What to Include in a Report
To ensure a proper investigation, please include:
A description of the incident (who, what, when, where)
Names or roles of individuals involved, if known
Any supporting evidence or documentation
Confirmation that your report is made in good faith and without personal interest
We recommend avoiding sensitive personal data unless absolutely necessary.
Who Handles the Reports
Reports will be received and reviewed by a designated internal ethics committee consisting of senior staff. This committee:
Acts with independence and confidentiality
Reviews and investigates reports fairly and impartially
Provides feedback to the whistleblower within a reasonable time frame (typically within 3 months)
Whistleblower Protection
Zirwe guarantees that all reports will be handled with strict confidentiality and that no retaliatory actions will be taken against any person who reports in good faith.
This protection also extends to:
Facilitators assisting the whistleblower
Individuals connected to the whistleblower within the same workplace
Anyone who supports the investigation process in good faith
